These Terms and Conditions for MindManager account and Publishing Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Corel Corporation, 1600 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, K1Z 8R7, Canada (“Corel”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”) with respect to Your use of the MindManager Account (“Account”) and Publishing Service (“Publishing Service”, “Account” and “Publishing Service” together “Service”).
