This Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2019, between the Lancaster County Land Bank Authority , an authority created by ordinance No. 120 of the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners on June 22, 2016, being a body politic with principal offices located at 28 Penn Square, Suite 200, Lancaster, PA 17603 (hereinafter Land Bank) and Borough of Manheim, a Lancaster County Municipality and a Borough under the Pennsylvania Borough Code with principal offices located at 15 East High Street, Manheim, PA 17545 (hereinafter “Municipality”), and the Manheim Central School District, a school district in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania including in its jurisdiction the Municipality which is a party hereto, with principal offices located at 281 White Oak Road, Manheim, PA 17545(hereinafter “School District”).
