This Enterprise License Agreement, including the documents listed below (collectively, "Agreement" or "ELA"), is between Ordnance Survey ("Ordnance Survey") and ESRI (UK) Ltd. ("Distributor") and is effective as of October 1, 2011 ("Effective Date"). This Agreement entitles Ordnance Survey to license Esri Software, Data, Web Services, and Documentation and receive maintenance over a limited, fixed period of time from the Effective Date subject to a payment of fees and the terms of this Agreement as specified herein.
