This agreement between Solid Modeling Solutions, Inc. (“SMS”), a Washington Corporation, and GRAPHISOFT SE (“GRAPHSE”), a Hungarian Corporation, licenses GRAPHSE to use SMS’s library of Geometry Routines (“SMLib”) and SMS's libraries of data exchange routines ("SMLibDE") in Source Code form, to incorporate them into GRAPHSE’s integrated software applications (“Application Software”) and to distribute worldwide the Application Software. The terms, which are special to this Agreement, are contained in Exhibit A.
