This Amendment One (this “Amendment”) is made to Schedule 1 dated June 25, 1997 (“Schedule 1”) to the Software License and Services Agreement dated June 25, 1997, as amended on September 9, 1998 (“Agreement”), by and between PeopleSoft USA, Inc., (“PeopleSoft”) and City of Seattle (“Licensee”). This Amendment is effective October 31, 2001, (the “Effective Date”).
