This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and executed as of the day of April, 2015 (“Execution Date”), between the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Tampa Bay Rays Baseball, Ltd. (formerly known as Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Ltd.), a Florida limited partnership ("Club") (collectively, “Parties”).
