THIS PAY FOR SUCCESS CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the 19th day of December, 2018, by and between the STATE OF COLORADO (the “State”) and COLORADO SEMINARY, which owns and operates the UNIVERSITY OF DENVER (the “Project Sponsor”) and its Center for Effective Interventions at the Graduate School of Social Work (the “Lead Provider”). The State and the Lead Provider are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning set forth herein or in Exhibit A.
