Contract Type FiledMarch 11th, 2014All reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance; programs require a minimum four week advance notice and are subject to staff and facility availability, and weather conditions. The fees must be paid when making your reservations or a minimum deposit of 50% of expected use fees. The final headcount and payment balance is due at least two weeks prior to the camping trip (current fees listed on the next page). Regard- less of the actual final number of participants in attendance, the unit is responsible for at least 80% of the reservation. If your trip is canceled, writ- ten notice of your cancellation must be received at least two weeks prior to the camping reservation date and all refunds are subject to a 15% can- cellation fee. No refunds are given for “no-shows.” Groups must haul out their own trash.
