It is a Management and Operating (M&O) cost- reimbursement Contract with terms for a Fixed Fee, Award Fee, and Cost Savings Incentive Fee for CLIN 0001 and terms for a Fixed Fee and Incentive Fee for CLIN 0002. The contract types and values under CLIN 0003 shall be established as each Sub-CLIN is awarded under CLIN 0003.
