AGREEMENT REGARDING ISSUANCE AND MARKET MAKING IN TREASURY BILLSNational Debt Management Agency • May 23rd, 2005
The NDMA pays the Primary Dealer on March 28, 2006 and September 27, 2006, i.e. twice during the Agreement an amount calculated as his percentage of the market share of all the Primary Dealer’s transactions in Iceland Stock Exchange's electronic trading platform (marked as "AUTO") in the Treasury Bills Series covered in the Agreement. At disposal for all the Primary Dealers on each occasion is a total of 13 m.kr. The first payment shall be made on March 28, 2006 based on the turnover from issue date in the series that have matured and are covered by this Agreement. The second payment shall be made on September 27, 2006 based on the turnover from issue date until maturity for the series that were not included in the commission paid March 28, 2006.
