Thank you for choosing to become a subscriber (hereinafter “Subscriber”). This subscription agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between you and InMotion Systems, LLC (hereinafter "Company") applies to your subscription (hereinafter "Subscription") to receive InMotion Systems services (collectively, "the Service") and to access the Service via the Company’s web site (hereinafter “Site”) at www.hittraxstatscenter.com and/or via the Company’s HitTrax StatsCenter application (hereinafter “Application”).
