The undersigned employee (“Employee”) and Simon Roofing & Sheet Metal Corp. (the “Company”), in consideration of Employee’s employment with the Company and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, agree to be bound by this Confidentiality, Invention and Non-Solicitation Agreement (“Agreement”). Employee and the Company hereby agree as follows:
