This Settlement Agreement and Release is entered into between and among the following parties, by and through their respective counsel: Plaintiff Yevonne Batey (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), on behalf of herself and the Settlement Class, and Northland Restaurant Group, LLC d/b/a Hardee’s (“Defendant”). Plaintiff and Defendant will sometimes be referred to together as the “Parties,” or, individually, as a “Party.”
