This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the licensing of Software from OrbiWise SA, (hereinafter "Licensor" or "OrbiWise") by the Party subscribing to the Software (hereinafter "Buyer") through the AWS Marketplace via a Standard Contract Listing.The offer of the Software as a Standard Contract Listing on the AWS Marketplace and Buyer’s purchase of the corresponding Subscription on the AWS Marketplace constitutes each Party’s respective acceptance of this Standard Contract and their entry into this Agreement.Hereinafter Buyer and Licensor may be referred to collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party".
