This Tripartite Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into on this day of 20 at between (name of the Issuer), a Company incorporated and registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 or under any previous company law and having its Registered Office at (address) (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer"), which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its executors, administrators, legal representatives and successors in title, as the case may be, of the First Part;
