This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last party to sign below, by and between the Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District No. 15, Cook County, Illinois (“School District”) and the Boys and Girls Club of Dundee Township (“Community Partner”). The School District and the Community Partner are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
