This Amended Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of May 17, 2017, by and between Gander Mountain Company, a Minnesota corporation and Overton’s, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (collectively, together with and on behalf of each of its subsidiaries, if any, “Merchant” or a “Party”), and a joint venture of Tiger Capital Group, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Tiger”), and Great American Group, LLC, a California limited liability company (together with Tiger, “Consultant” or a “Party” and, together with Merchant, the “Parties”).
