This Artist Engagement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 15, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Don S. Dizon, MD (“Guest”) and Conquer Cancer Foundation of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (“Conquer Cancer”). Guest and Conquer Cancer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and each as a “Party”.
