The Section 106 Agreement for the Brightwells Development in Farnham specifies the requirement for a Public Art Plan to be submitted to the Council prior to the commencement of the development. The following plan has been developed in consultation with the Public Art Panel (PAP). The PAP is an independent advisory group formed of representatives of cultural institutions and civic societies within Farnham (including the Farnham Public Art Trust), invited to participate by the Council, alongside Developer and Council representatives.
