**Note**Maximum number of persons allowed in the entire clubhouse is 150 people. The lounge area is restricted to 100 people and the game room is restricted to 50 people. Recreation staff and hired security must be counted in the overall maximum numbers. NO EXCEPTIONS The occupancy numbers are determined and strictly enforced by the Contra Costa Consolidated Fire Inspector.
