This SITE LEASE (this “Site Lease”), dated as of March 1, 2015, is between the CORONADO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, as lessor (the “District”), and the PUBLIC PROPERTY FINANCING CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA, a nonprofit public benefit corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Corporation”).
