SONOGRAPHY (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 22nd day of April, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System on behalf of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh (“University”), and Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation, for its Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center practice location (“Aurora”).
