During your time away from work you will remain an employee of Ebor Academy Trust however you will not receive pay or other employment benefits. Your reckonable service will be protected but will not progress for the period of your absence. You will not be subject to any service-based increments, nor will you receive any ad-hoc or other payments reflective of the period of absence.
