These terms and conditions govern your access to the ELEARNINGFORCE Services (“EFI Services”) such as LMS365 and Weekly10 and is an agreement between ELEARNINGFORCE International ApS (“EFI”) and you as the customer (“you” or “Customer”). The agreement (“SAAS Agreement”) consists of the following documents:
