The attached sales and services agreement with DKH Consulting Services, Inc. is for the School Board to receive assistance in the preparation of the Magnet Schools Assistance Program (MSAP) Grant Evaluation Section. In the event the School Board is awarded a MSAP grant, the School Board and Contractor shall enter into a separate agreement in which School Board agrees to pay the contractor compensation for the performance of the evaluation services. In the event that the School Board is not awarded a MSAP grant, the School Board and the Contractor shall have no further obligations.
