This MANAGED SERVICES STATEMENT OF WORK (“SOW”), dated as of the 19th day of January, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is by and between DENOVO VENTURES LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Denovo” or “Consultant”), and Port of Corpus Christi Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “Client”, “Customer”, or “Company”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
