THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Credit Loans, Inc., d/b/a Lone Star State Telephone Company (“Lone Star State Telephone Company”), a Texas corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Lone Star State Telephone Company or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
