Cleveland , Ohio 44119, referred to in this Agreement as (“Customer”), and Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. d/b/a Amergis Educational Staffing, a Maryland Corporation including its affiliates and subsidiaries, with an office located at 2 Summit Park Dr, Independence, OH, 44131, United States of America referred to in this Agreement as (“Amergis”). Customer or Amergis may be referred to herein as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
