This Medxnote Customer Agreement and any documents referred to in it (this “Agreement“) contains the terms and conditions that govern Your access to and Use of the Services (as defined below) and is an agreement between Medxnote (Ireland) Limited (company number:534798) whose registered office is at Crookstown Business Park, Crookstown Upper, Balitore, Athy, Co Kildare, R14 V026, Ireland (“Medxnote“, “We,” “Us,” and “Our”) and You or the entity You represent (“You“, “Your“ and “Customer”).
