With the "Read and Publish" agreement made between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Wiley, all universities in Turkey will be able to access approximately 1400 Wiley e-journals between 2023 and 2025. In addition, it will be possible to publish Open Access articles of the Research Article, Review Article, Data Article and Rapid Publications types that have been accepted in Wiley Hybrid and Gold journals (except Hindawi) in Q1 and Q2 group journals, without paying any APC.
