Please fill out a separate form for each participant. This agreement must be signed to allow participation in 2021 summer programs and will serve as your registration form once accepted into the program. Any application received after 5pm on January 20th , 2021 will be placed on a waiting list and entrance into a program will depend on availability. Registration is not guaranteed for any program due to limitedspace. Registration for these programs is not available online until February 3rd, 2021 to those not entered into the leadership lottery.
