Products Descriptions and Specifications (“Products”), Quantity Price, Special Payment Terms, Delivery Point, Delivery Period, Shipment Instructions and/or any other terms and conditions specific to each transaction or series of transactions shall be set forth in the “Sales Agreement”, “Purchase Agreement” or “Exchange Agreement.” The Sales, Purchase, or Exchange Agreement shall, unless otherwise expressly provided therein, incorporate these General Terms and Conditions, and shall constitute the agreement (“The Agreement”) which shall govern the sales, purchase or exchange of the Products.
