Unit Reservation Agreement HOTEL ASCENTPurchase or Sell • October 30th, 2022
T S 1, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (the “Developer”) owns a certain real property in Summit County, Utah and intends to develop thereon a condominium hotel project known as “Hotel Ascent” to be located at 2050 Frostwood Blvd, Park City, Utah (the “Project”). The Project will be a multi-story condominium hotel consisting of approximately 120 residential condominium units (each such condominium unit, a “Unit”), together with certain common areas. The undersigned reservation holder (the “Reservation Holder”) does hereby enter into this Unit Reservation Agreement (this “Reservation”) for the intended purchase of a Unit in the Project.
