Construction at Municipal Building South has progressed to the point of planning for our water service connection. Lansing Board of Water and Light has quoted the work necessary for this connection and I would recommend approval of a Water Service Agreement with Lansing Board of Water and Light in an amount not to exceed $40,489.78(10% contingency included).
