The Department of State Health Services (“System Agency”) and Hidalgo County Health and Human Services (“Contractor”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” to DSHS Contract No. HHS000438700001 effective May17, 2019 (the “Contract”), now want to amend the Contract. The Contract was established under the provisions of “The Interlocal Cooperation Act,” Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
