This document confirms the agreement between T&T Produce Co., Inc. and the below “Non-Profit” in reference to the “Farmers to Families Food Box Program.” By signing this agreement, both entities consent to and confirm the information in this agreement. The Parties shall jointly agree on the delivery schedule below that will serve as the formal planning tool for “Farmers to Families Food Boxes” to be delivered each month. The final confirmation of the “Delivery Schedule” will be mutually agreed upon by the Parties no later than seven (7) business days prior to the first day of each month in order to accommodate the required delivery days and time windows outlined.
