In In return for being provided with access to the Service and Software Materials by Canada Post Corporation (“CPC”), the Reseller agrees to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”; such term also includes the 3rd Party Contracts as forming part of the Agreement) .The Reseller ac- knowledges: that the Agreement is a contract between the “Reseller” ( where the Reseller is the legal entity on the account acting as a Reseller) and CPC, governing the Reseller’s and its employees use of the Service and Software Materials; and that pursuant to this Agreement it will also be entering into a separate agreement with the respective third party licensors (where applicable), as referred to in this Agreement.
