THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act on this 15th day of January 2013 between the FOODFARE CATERING PTE LTD having its registered office at 10 Senoko South Road, Singapore 758097 (hereinafter called the “Catering”) of the one part and the FOOD, DRINKS AND ALLIED WORKERS UNION, a trade union registered under the Trade Unions Act, having its registered office at 279 River Valley Road, Singapore 238320 (hereinafter called the “Union”) of the other part.
