This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (“Fort Worth”), a Texas home rule municipality, and the City of Arlington, a Texas home rule municipality (“Arlington”). Individually, Fort Worth and Arlington may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
