This Amendment 1 of the Florida Virtual School Franchise Contract ending June 30, 2013; entered into between The School District of Brevard County, Florida and Florida Virtual School is made as of the date acknowledged and agreed to below. The following changes are hereby incorporated into the aforementioned Agreement effective July 1, 2012 with all other conditions continuing in full force and effect and terminating on June 30, 2013.
