the owner of the land shown on the attached map, which both sides have signed and date for identification, agree to let Highland Community Broadband (HCB) install its electrical power supply across our land as shown on the map. We have also marked up on the map the location of any buried services of which we are aware so that HCB can avoid any potential damage to them whilst installing its power supply.
