Per direction from the Joint Committee of the Whole (CD) on January 14th, staff has prepared the attached redevelopment agreement entitled, "Table 27, Inc. (d/b/a Gaetano’s Batavia), 15 East Wilson Street Redevelopment Agreement”. Also attached is Ordinance 14-08, “An Ordinance Authorizing Execution of a TIF Redevelopment Agreement with Table 27, inc. (d/b/a Gaetano’s Batavia) relating to the building at 15 East Wilson Street”.
