This agreement constitutes an agreement between the undersigned student- resident (hereafter called “Resident”) and Fulbright University Vietnam (hereinafter called “University”), acting by and through its Office of Student Life, and sets forth the terms and conditions on which the Resident will occupy the premises in the University residence halls.
