Acceptance. This writing, together with any attachments incorporated herein, constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive contract between Sechan Electronics Inc. (Hereafter referred to as “Buyer”) and the Seller. Agreement by Seller to furnish the goods, services or efforts hereby ordered, or its commencement of such performance shall constitute acceptance by Seller of this purchase order subject to the specified terms and conditions. Where terms and conditions offered in Seller’s quotation or stated in Seller’s acknowledgement of the order are in addition to or different from the terms and conditions of this writing, such additional or different terms and conditions are objected to and shall not become part of this contract. Acceptance of the goods, services, or efforts delivered under this order shall not constitute acceptance of Seller’s terms and conditions.
