This agreement establishes the rules that govern the processing of deposited checks through member’s account(s) at the Credit Union using Remote Deposit Capture. From time to time, the Credit Union may amend any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Such amendments shall become effective as stated on any notice sent to you, the member. Examples of such notices might include, but are not limited to, statement inserts, electronic disclosures, etc. By using the Remote Deposit Capture, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
