This Electronic Communications Agreement ("Disclosure") applies to all communications regarding products and services ("Services") provided by Candi Holdings, Inc dba “Onuu” and our affiliates, bank partners, service providers ("Onuu", "we", or "our") and your use of our website (https://www.onuu.com) (the “Website”). This Disclosure supplements and is to be construed in accordance with the Onuu Terms of Use available at https://www.onuu.com/terms-of-use and any relevant terms contained in the Onuu Membership Agreement and any Account Agreements as applicable. "Communication" means any customer agreements or amendments thereto, disclosures, notices, responses to claims, transaction histories, privacy policies, payment authorizations and receipts, and all other information we communicate to you in connection with the Services or related products, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide you in writing.
