By Resolution 220/XLIV of 18 February 2021, received by the depositary on 14 June 2023, the Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development, at its forty-fourth session held in Rome on 17 and 18 February 2021, adopted amendments to articles 4.1, 4.5, 6.3, 7.1 (b) and 10.2 and added a new section 7 to article 4 of the above Agreement.
