WHEREAS, Owner desires to remodel and/or modify the Unit, the limited common elements appurtenant to the Unit and/or common elements in or around the Unit (the "Project",)and Owner has submitted tothe Board a detailed written description of the Project and plans and specifications therefore (the "Project Plans").
