This agreement is entered into on this 1st day of July, 2016, by and between the Cleveland Municipal School District, hereinafter termed the “School District” and the governing board of Stepstone Academy, a community school established under Chapter 3314 of the Ohio Revised Code, hereinafter termed “Community School.”
