PEOPLE SCIENCE USER AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE 24th APRIL 2020May 15th, 2020
This user agreement (Agreement), together with the People Science Privacy Policy both of which can be found on the People Science Website; https://web.people-science.com.au/privacy.html, and any other documents referred to in this Agreement (each of which is incorporated by reference), tells you the terms on which you are permitted to access and use the Service, including the People Science System, in your capacity as a Participant. Before you are able to use Services such as the People Science Assessments, you will be asked to formally agree to this Agreement, so please read it carefully and make sure that you understand its terms before commencing. If you refuse to agree to this Agreement, we do not give you permission to use the Service and you must cease to do so immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of this Agreement for future reference. We draw your attention in particular to clauses 3 and 4 which set out our liability to you.
